Our coaches have years of experience and ZPRP licences. We tailor the training programme individually to ability and age — from playing with the ball to professional coaching.
Since 2014 our players have won medals at the Polish Championships and been called up to national squads. We build a pathway from mini handball to seniors in the Central League.
Handball teaches fair play, perseverance and teamwork. We promote a healthy lifestyle and consistency — values that pay off both on and off the court.
